Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs cannot be returned or refunded once they are dispatched and delivered. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of our products.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@drugs4delivery.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect items to be returned to us and ensure that the correct items are sent to you as soon as possible. If you received a damaged product, we would require photo evidence of the damage to proceed with a replacement or refund.

Other Products

For non-medication items (such as health devices, wellness products, etc.), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, in their original condition, and have all seals and packaging intact. If you wish to return these items, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Process

Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation that it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note, return shipping costs are not refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
